13th Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2021 13th Vineyard Reserve has aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, blueberry compote, black forest cake, Tahitian vanilla, cinnamon, clove, and dark chocolate. On the palate are flavors of muddled blackberry, fresh raspberry, cherry cola, chocolate-covered coffee beans, fresh plums, and ripe boysenberries. The texture and structure of this wine are in perfect balance. The addition of Malbec and Petit Verdot brings aromatic complexity and adds depth and weight to the mid-palate. Malbec brings in a lot of the raspberry and cherry notes, while Petit Verdot adds aromas of violets and flavors of coffee and baked black fruit.
